Thomas
A. Westerkamp received the Bachelor of Science in Industrial
Engineering from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.
He directs the Management Consulting Business Unit at PNI.
Mr. Westerkamp specializes in Continuous Productivity
Improvement. He has lectured at national and international
seminars and is the author of two books and over 80 articles
and software programs. He is a contributing editor for Maintenance
Solutions magazine and a contributing author to Maynard's
Industrial Engineering Handbook, 5th edition, McGraw-Hill,

Thomas
M. Westerkamp received the Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration from John Carroll University in Cleveland,
Ohio. He directs the Healthcare Business Unit at PNI. He
has been personally involved in accounts receivable management
of over 75 hospitals or Healthcare providers and $500,000,000.00
in accounts receivable. Mr. Westerkamp developed iPAL,
the ideal Patient Account Lifecycle (patent pending).

Technology Officer
Dr.
John J. Westerkamp received the Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
degree from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio. He
received the Masters degree and Ph.D. from Purdue University
in West Lafayette, Indiana. Dr. Westerkamp served on the
faculty of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department
at the University of Dayton for 17 years and is currently
the President of DSP Design Group. He directs the
IT Business Unit of Productivity Network Innovations, L.L.C.

Vice
President
Richard
P. Mire received the Bachelor of Arts degree from Nicholls
State University in Thibodeaux, La. He received the Juris
Doctorate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton
Rouge, La. He has been an active member of the Louisiana
State Bar Association since 1978. He serves as a consultant
and interim business office manager for client hospitals
of PNI. He has assisted over 10 client hospitals in interim
management in the business office. He is familiar with all
major patient account software including Meditech, HBOC,
HMS, SMS, CPSI, as well as several customized in house programs.
In his capacity as vice president of PNI he has managed
early out programs internally for PNI clients with accounts
